After-sale Policy

Cancelation

We accept order cancelation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

 

Returns

We accept returns on our products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 15 days after receiving the product. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The activation of mobile electronic products is non-refundable. Once activated, the product cannot be returned for a refund. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 21 working days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first contact your bank or credit card provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
